The Model PLH39 is a solid brass pole hook intended to facilitate the operation of large or inaccessible double-hung windows or transoms. It is designed with a 7/8" bore, to be mounted on a wooden pole of appropriate length. The standard finish is polished lacquered brass.
Dimensions: 4" L x 7/8" I.D.
The Model PLS40 pole hook socket is designed to work with the PLH39 hook. Mounting requires only a 1" diameter x 7/16" deep hole bored in the sash rail. The PLS40 is hot-forged solid brass with a polished lacquered finish.

The Model TCH35 transom chain is designed to limit the opening of transom sash or other bottom hinged windows. The chain brackets are solid, polished and lacquered brass. The 12" chain is solid bronze.

Model TC75 is a traditionally designed transom catch intended for operation by hand or pole. The case and bolt are solid, hot-forged brass, precision machined and hand polished. The internal spring is stainless steel. The transom catch is supplied with a solid brass universal strike.

The Model WSB85 is a solid brass window spring bolt designed for installation in the wood stile of a vertically sliding sash. This type of hardware is commonly used in pairs on lightweight, single hung sash in lieu of a balance system or sash lock, and is designed to be press-fit into a 3/8" diameter hole bored through the sash stile. A hole to accept the spring plunger is then bored in the window jamb to hold the sash at any desired height. The Model WSB85 is precision turned solid brass with a stainless steel spring.

Model SBA62 is a solid brass stop bead adjuster for mounting removable window stops. The slotted screw hole permits 1/8" of lateral adjustment. They are supplied in boxes of 50 pieces with accompanying #8 x 1" solid brass wood screws.
